In March we welcomed the Learn-from-Lei Feng activities. So as to further stimulate Anqing Foreign Language School’s students to carry forward the Lei Feng spirit, promote the construction of campus culture as well as build a civilized and helpful campus atmosphere, Anqing Foreign Language School organized each class to make a themed blackboard newspaper with the title of ‘Carry Forward the Lei Feng Spirit and Become Civilized Students in Anqing Foreign Language School’. After the event, an evaluation session was conducted as well.
This blackboard newspaper appraisal activity won positive response from teachers and students of each class. Students  actively participated in the event with high enthusiasm, delicate design and clear division of work. The blackboard newspapers from each class were of unique characteristics. The fabulous and skillful design fully embodied students’ imagination and creativity, which not only favorably interpreted the connotation and main idea of the Lei Feng spirit in the new era, but also expressed students’ resolution to learn from Uncle Lei Feng.
Overall, we firmly believed that by means of this blackboard newspaper appraisal event, students were able to understand that the spirit of Lei Feng should remain in everyone’s heart and we were supposed to start with little things around to make things right. Other than that, students would make stricter demands on themselves, take actions to learn the Lei Feng spirit and endeavor to become Anqing Foreign Language School’s students who were civilized and keen on dedication.
